1: T/t, normally we acceptable 50% advance payment, balance payment before shippment

Yes, of course, we acceptable customized for majority products.

How can i get my produts once we place the order?

Actually we will confirm the shippment ways before payment.

1; by sea, suitable for big quantity and big cbm, with cheaper freight and long transit time, loading ways: Lcl or fcl.

2: By air, suitable for small order and small quantity, with expensive freight and short transportation time.

What's your nearest port?

1； by sea, shanghai and ningbo port

2; by air, shanghai pvg air port.

What's your moq?

Normally moq 1 set

What's your handover time?

5-9days for normally order, big quantity or oem products, the time will increase. Details pls contact us.

Products warranty?

Yes, of course, but different products with different warranty, details pls contact us.

What about the packages?

According to different products, we have different packages, like carton, palet, cases.

Can i get a sample?

Yes, we glad to offer free pieces of samples to you and the express cost by you, but we will reduce the express cost from the amount one you place order.
